Why do I have to complete the Audit first?
The Implementation Plan is built specifically off your Audit findings. Without the Strategic Priorities and Recommendations, there is no basis for prioritization, page selection, content strategy, or sequencing. Every Implementation Plan is custom to your business, your competitors, and your priority pages. There is no shortcut around the Audit.
Does my Audit fee count toward the Implementation Plan?
No. The AI Visibility Audit and the Implementation Plan are separate paid deliverables. Each tier is priced independently. The Audit is $497. The Implementation Plan starts at $3,000.
What if my site is bigger than the base package covers?
Will the Plan write my content for me?
The Plan gives you content briefs, not drafts. Each brief includes the topic, target buyer question, subtopics, recommended word count, competitive research, statistics to reference, internal linking, and H2/H3 structure. You or your writer create the content from there. If you want content written for you, the Implementation Plan is not the right fit.
How is the Implementation Plan different from a typical agency deliverable?
Most agencies sell ongoing retainers. The Implementation Plan is built for businesses that want comprehensive direction without ongoing dependency. You get the strategy, structure, and specific guidance once, plus implementation on your three priority pages, then you execute the rest on your own timeline. No monthly fees, no ongoing commitment.
What if I want help implementing the Plan?
We do offer a Do-It-For-You (DIFU) option or Retainer depending on your needs. The DIFU is à la carte and the retainer is a strategic partnership where FireUp AIO implements the framework with you, pillar by pillar, with ongoing support which starts at $5,000/month with a six month minimum. Many clients start with the Implementation Plan and either purchase the DIFU or move into a Retainer once they see how much there is to execute long term.
How long does it take (delivery) to get the Implementation plan?
10 to 20 business days from the date your Audit is complete and you have approved your Implementation Plan scope. Delivery timing depends on the scope of your priority pages and any add-ons.
